Kyle Gough serves as general counsel of Torrentia. Kyle owns and operates Gough Legal Group, a bespoke law firm engineered to provide proactive legal solutions and government advocacy services to businesses and private clients. A 3-time Super Lawyers Rising Star, Kyle also launched Attorney+, a membership-based plan designed to provide high quality legal guidance to startups and SMBs. Kyle has closed deals with AM Law 100 firms and negotiated with companies on the New York Stock Exchange.

Kyle regularly delivers guest lectures and features in “Legal Insights with Kyle Gough”, airing weekly on WOWO. His clients come from a growing list of sectors, including medical, sports tech, healthcare and wellness, medical insurance, homecare, legal and professional, creative marketing, software, hard tech, legal tech, software-as-a-service, entertainment, manufacturing, and agriculture.

Kyle earned a Juris Doctor and Masters of Jurisprudence from Michigan State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University. He is a founding member and chair of the Cole Center Family YMCA Foundation, former chair of the Cole Center Family YMCA, and founder of PCs For Youth, a non-profit that provided computers to underprivileged youth.
