As the former CEO of Lasting Change, Inc., a network of youth and family service organizations including Lifeline Youth & Family Services and Crosswinds Counseling, Mark spent nearly 30 years transforming the lives of vulnerable families across Indiana. He is also the CEO of The Elevatus Group and ProjectUs, where he now coaches executives, consults with nonprofits, and develops leaders across sectors. His unique ability to help clinicians step into leadership has been a hallmark of his work, turning practitioners into visionary operators.
