Skills that Work
Over 3 days, you’ll step into an immersive lab environment, work directly with regenerative technologies, and leave with protocols and confidence you can use immediately.
State-of-the art technology - shockwave, Class ¾ laser, multi-waveforme NMES, noninvasive brain stimulation, regenerative dry needling, and so much more.Protocols That Drive Outcomes – Stepwise evaluation, decision making, dosing, and integration of manual therapy, exercise/loading, and technology.
Built to optimize Operational Readiness and athletic performance
Functional medicine framework designed to treat the whole patient and achieve efficient and long-lasting outcomes.
• Set a new standard of care for patients with post-concussion, dizziness, headaches, TMD, pelvic pain, and sexual dysfunction.
• Clear evaluation + treatment pathways that reduce trial-and-error
• Restored function and optimal performance in environments of high stress and demand
• Red-flag considerations and tested screening/triage following concussion. Consistent and measurable progression for craniomandibular, vestibular, and pelvic dysfunction
• Systems that scale across teams while preserving quality and safety
• 33+ CEUs and the Orthobiological Hacker™ Certification credential
• Recognition as a provider equipped with advanced regenerative protocols
• Renewed clarity, confidence, and purpose in tackling complex cases
ASP is designed to elevate daily practice—recruit and treat challenging cases with with confidence and measurable progress.
Strategies that facilitate clear decision-making, consistent diagnostics, and efficient progress, especially with high-pressure cases where results matter.
“I finally have a clean triage path for head injuries and dizziness. Our return-to-duty decisions are faster and safer.”
— Marcus T., DPT
“The TMJ + headache frameworks clicked. Patients noticed real change within weeks.”
— Alisha K., PT
“The pelvic lab and dosing guidance were game-changers. I’m no longer guessing.”
— Brian P., DC

Yes. An oral–practical checkoff is used to validate safe, effective application of didactic information and hands-on skills. Skills will also be tested as part of a group “grand rounds” presentation. Passing earns the ASP Certificate of Completion.
No. All technology is provided during the class. Guidance may be provided on how to implement tools and technology in a clinical setting.
ASP is built for high-demand environments (including military), but it translates easily into civilian and sport-specific civilian clinics.
Clear triage/evaluation pathways, dosing frameworks, treatment progressions across multiple disorders, and a comprehensive understanding of rehabilitation technology.
