Program Overview

Master an integrated approach to complex craniomandibular, neuro-vestibular, and pelvic rehab. That incorporates multimodal care.

Over 3 days, you’ll step into an immersive lab environment, work directly with regenerative technologies, and leave with protocols and confidence you can use immediately.

State-of-the art technology - shockwave, Class ¾ laser, multi-waveforme NMES, noninvasive brain stimulation, regenerative dry needling, and so much more.Protocols That Drive Outcomes – Stepwise evaluation, decision making, dosing, and integration of manual therapy, exercise/loading, and technology.

Built to optimize Operational Readiness and athletic performance

Functional medicine framework designed to treat the whole patient and achieve efficient and long-lasting outcomes.

For Your Patients

• Set a new standard of care for patients with post-concussion, dizziness, headaches, TMD, pelvic pain, and sexual dysfunction.

• Clear evaluation + treatment pathways that reduce trial-and-error

• Restored function and optimal performance in environments of high stress and demand

For Your Clinic

• Red-flag considerations and tested screening/triage following concussion. Consistent and measurable progression for craniomandibular, vestibular, and pelvic dysfunction

• Systems that scale across teams while preserving quality and safety

For You as a Clinician

• 33+ CEUs and the Orthobiological Hacker™ Certification credential

• Recognition as a provider equipped with advanced regenerative protocols

• Renewed clarity, confidence, and purpose in tackling complex cases

Transformational Outcomes

A new rehab. paradigm for Patients, Clinics, and Clinicians

ASP is designed to elevate daily practice—recruit and treat challenging cases with with confidence and measurable progress.

Clinician Feedback

When Quality-of-life and Performance Matter

Strategies that facilitate clear decision-making, consistent diagnostics, and efficient progress, especially with high-pressure cases where results matter.

“I finally have a clean triage path for head injuries and dizziness. Our return-to-duty decisions are faster and safer.”

— Marcus T., DPT

“The TMJ + headache frameworks clicked. Patients noticed real change within weeks.”

— Alisha K., PT

“The pelvic lab and dosing guidance were game-changers. I’m no longer guessing.”

— Brian P., DC

ASP Curriculum

Core Domains That Define the Training

Each module combines differential diagnosis, treatment progression strategies, and technology integration.

module

1

Acute concussion Physiology, Screening & Triage

Rapid on-site screening to identify red flags and facilitate return-to-duty, return-to-play, and/or phase-based management.

module

2

Post-Concussion Syndrome Care

Roadmap for symptom clusters with manual therapy, photobiomodulation and functional medicine touchpoints.

module

3

Vestibular Disorders (BPPV, VOR, Cervicogenic Dizziness)

Differential patterns, corrective maneuvers, neuromodulation, and galvanic vestibular stimulation.

module

4

Headache Management (Migraine, Tension-Type, Cervicogenic)

Manual therapy considerations, electric dry needling dosing, and noninvasive brain stimulation.

module

5

Neck Pain & Cervicothoracic Mechanics

Screening, manipulation/mobilization, laser/shockwave integration

module

6

Temporomandibular Dysfunction (TMD)

Pathophysiology considerations, arthrokinematic snd myofascial considerations, targeted regenerative dry needling, and technology adjuncts.

module

7

Pelvic Pain

Biofeedback, ARPwave-assisted exercise, regenerative dry needling/laser/shockwave dosing strategies.

module

8

Sexual Dysfunction

Regenerative dry needling, manual therapy options, neurofeedback integration, PBM and shockwave.

module

FAQS

Still Have Questions?

Key details clinicians ask before enrolling.

Who can attend ASP?

MD, DO, DPT, DC, ATC, OT, NP, PA and rehab-focused clinicians treating concussion, vestibular, craniofacial, pelvic, and sexual-dysfunction conditions.

How many CEUs are included?

27 hours total (9.5 didactic + 17.5 lab), accredited or pending accreditation for physical therapists and ATCs in all 50 states.

Is there an assessment?

Yes. An oral–practical checkoff is used to validate safe, effective application of didactic information and hands-on skills. Skills will also be tested as part of a group “grand rounds” presentation. Passing earns the ASP Certificate of Completion.

Do I need to own equipment?

No. All technology is provided during the class. Guidance may be provided on how to implement tools and technology in a clinical setting.

Is ASP only for military settings?

ASP is built for high-demand environments (including military), but it translates easily into civilian and sport-specific civilian clinics.

What will I leave with?

Clear triage/evaluation pathways, dosing frameworks, treatment progressions across multiple disorders, and a comprehensive understanding of rehabilitation technology.
